Service FAQ
Frequently asked questions about ShaadiProblems
Clear answers about the assessment, privacy, counselling, service availability and professional boundaries.
Is this a matrimonial service?
No. ShaadiProblems does not match people for marriage. It helps individuals, couples and families prepare for marriage and access structured support before and after it.
Does the Assessment predict whether a marriage will succeed?
No. The Assessment is educational and preparatory. It does not predict marital success, guarantee compatibility or diagnose a condition.
Can my partner see my answers?
No. Partners never see one another’s answers or individual reports. A couple report is produced only after both partners give separate consent.
Do both partners need accounts?
For couple-based journeys, each partner uses a private account so that consent and individual information remain separate.
Is counselling confidential?
Counselling is handled within the confidentiality framework and professional obligations of the professional engaged, subject to applicable safety and legal limits.
Does ShaadiProblems provide legal advice?
No. ShaadiProblems coordinates the platform workflow. Independent lawyers provide legal advice and contract separately with each partner.
Are services available throughout India?
Online support is intended for customers across India. In-person availability depends on the city, service and professional availability.
Are services currently open for purchase?
The marriage readiness assessment is open to eligible adults at my.shaadiproblems.in/assessment/start. Other services are being enabled gradually; sign in to My ShaadiProblems to see the current options for your account.
What happens in an emergency?
ShaadiProblems is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate helpline.
